Hi, I’m Lucas! I am passionate about my work because owning a successful business is THE American Dream. Seeing clients achieve business and personal goals is very exciting!
Loves hanging with family – and cars
To get unchained I enjoy doing things with my family like swimming (Otter Cove or local pools), hiking local forest preserves, fishing local lakes, or attending events like Ribfest and Swedish Days. In the fall we always go to the pumpkin farm (Goebbert’s) and apple picking (Kuipers). I’m a car guy so I unchain by taking a drive, working on my car, going to a car show or hitting a racetrack.

I manage staff and projects, and work on strategy. My biggest responsibility is honoring our values: Add Value, People Matter, Education & Learning, Xcellence (APEX). My driving factor is to help. I help business owners better manage time and resources, make more money, and pay less taxes. I help employees develop skills, grow professionally, and love their job.
Grew up in Silvis, Ill. and married his high school sweetheart
I grew up in Silvis, IL in the Quad Cities. I have two younger sisters. I met my wife, Abbey, in the high school marching band. I played trombone and attended Western Illinois University on a music scholarship. We toured Europe with our jazz band – twice.
Treasurer for the Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestra
I’m currently the treasurer on the board of the Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestra (EYSO). I love it because it produces an exceptional musical product while teaching kids about music, history, working together, and dedication.
