Briefly, describe your business? My Salon is a high quality "city" salon in the suburbs.
What size is your company? We have 9 staff members and growing.
What is your ideal client? Anyone who desires quality hair and nails
What products and/or services does your business offer? Our services include haircuts, color, mens color, highlights, perms, manicures, pedicures and facial waxing. Our products include Redken, Keune and Moracan Oil.
How did you originally discover the idea for your business? I have been saving for My Salon since I was 16 years old. I don't remember not cutting hair.
What have been the keys to success in your eyes? The support from my wife, family and all my staff. As well as Jim and his staff at Apex CPAs.
What kind of relationship do you establish with your customers? We try to deliver quality design through listening to our clients needs.
How do you maintain these relationships? We build long term relationships by consistently staying up on trends so our clients don't have to.
Have you noticed any trends in your industry at the moment? Long hair with short layers and bangs is it right now!
What is the funniest story you’ve come across in your business? Too many to name. We have such a good time everyday at My Salon.
What is your greatest achievement? We have been in SALON TODAY MAGAZINE in the top 200 salons in the nation out of 80,000 for the last 2 years.
