Illinois Pass-through Entity Payments or replacement tax payments – through MyTaxIllinois.gov
To make your Illinois Payment for your pass-through entity through your existing MyTaxIllinois.gov account, or to create an account, access the state of Illinois website here and sign in (or follow the prompts to create an account)
Once logged in to your account, on the top menu, select “Summary”
On the next screen, under “Business Income Tax”, select “View more account options”,
On the next screen, under “Periods and Submissions”, select “View Account Periods” and select the year in which you are making a payment for
For estimates towards next tax year, select 12/31/2023
For current tax year balance due payments, select 12/31/2022
On the right side of the screen select “Make a Payment” then select your payment method (choose “Bank Account Debit” to pay electronically)
On the next screen, select the type of payment you want to submit based on the type of entity you are
C corporations should choose IL-1120 Payment
S corporations should choose IL-1120-ST Payment
Partnerships/LLCs should choose IL-1065 Payment
On the “Payment” screen, enter in your payment information, payment date, and payment amount and click “Submit”
Print confirmation screen and keep for your records; you can also upload a copy to the portal and we will add to your file
