We will examine the external factors affecting your business and take key employees through a series of critical questions to assess the key performance areas of your business and determine your internal strengths and weaknesses. We will conduct a diagnostic review of the collected information, and provide you with a report outlining your strategic position and operational performance.
We will use our analysis and the information collected during the Discovery Phase to help you identify exactly what steps must be taken to reach your goals. Together we will develop Strategic and Operational Action Plans, composed of key action steps and a project plan with timelines and resources to make it happen.
After providing you with a step-by-step strategic and operational project plan that outlines what needs to be done, when it will happen and who is responsible, we will also assist with the implementation of this plan. Ensuring that the action plans get underway and the work gets done is the most crucial stage in the process. We bring discipline and expertise in rolling-out the specific action steps required for each challenge.
Our business advisors will spend time each month reviewing very specific and important areas of the business, looking not only at the numbers, but also at the non-financial drivers that cause those numbers to move. We believe in a high degree of two-way communication, and believe that consistent contact is necessary even after the Implementation Phase. As part of our regular review and monthly reporting, we will make recommendations for adjustments to the original plans as deemed appropriate, meanwhile always ensuring that actions circle back to the business owner’s goals.
